Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Raux (raux.one) provides access to artificial intelligence models through an API gateway service. By subscribing to any paid tier, you gain access to all available models through our unified API.

2. Subscription Terms

Your subscription grants access to all models currently available on the platform. The specific models available may change at any time without prior notice.

3. Service Availability

The service is considered available if at least one (1) AI model is operational and accessible through the API. Individual model outages, maintenance, or discontinuation do not constitute a service disruption.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only available if the entire service (all models) is unavailable for three (3) or more consecutive days.
• Individual model outages, removals, or performance degradation do not entitle you to a refund.
• If you are unsatisfied with the service for any other reason (model quality, model availability, feature changes), you are not entitled to a refund.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Credits

• Credits are a non-refundable virtual currency used to access AI models.
• Unused daily credits do not roll over to the next day.
• Credits stored in the vault do not expire but are non-refundable.
• Transfer and vault deposit commissions (10%) are non-reversible.

6. Model Changes

The provider reserves the right to:

• Add or remove models at any time without notice.
• Adjust credit multipliers for any model.
• Temporarily disable models for maintenance or provider issues.
• Change daily credit allocations for tiers (with 7 days notice for paid tiers).

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell API access without written permission.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or credit restrictions.
• Use the service for illegal activities.
• Create multiple free accounts to circumvent limits.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Remaining subscription time is non-refundable in case of termination for policy violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. The provider is not liable for any damages arising from model outputs, service interruptions, or data loss.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international commerce laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
